Breathe Yoga: An ultimate guide to better breathing exercise. 

What if I tell you that there only one thing out there that if you fix it, you can fix numerous of your problem. Would you believe me? I'm afraid most of you won't. But there actually is one thing that you have done all your life the wrong way. It is your breathing pattern. You must be thinking by now, how is it that how can you do something the wrong way that was taught to you by nature itself. Well I am saying that you are doing it the wrong way because you are not benefiting from it the way that you should. If you read this entire blog post and implement all that is told to you here, then believe me you can easily fix a lot of your issues.

Why I named this guide "BREATHE YOGA?" 

The reason why I named it Breathe Yoga is because firstly it was about ' Breathing exercises' and secondly because Yoga means "a spiritual and ascetic discipline" which reiterates my point that if you fulfill your spiritual needs with discipline then you can find the ultimate peace in life.

I'm going to share with you 3 simple steps to breathe the best possible way and it will lead to a brand new life for yourself.

1)
To start off,  Sit down in a place where you find most peace. This place can be a spot at your home or a quite place where you hang out. One thing that you need to make sure is that there shouldn't be any disturbance over there.

2) The second step is to sit in the most comfortable posture. Close your eyes. Inhale from your nose. While you are inhaling, imaging that there is a white light that is entering your body through your nose. This white light is the positive light. And you are taking positivity inside you.
Now exhale from your mouth. While your exhaling, imagine there is black light coming out of your mouth. This black light is the negative light and you are exhaling negativity out from your mouth.
This practice if done for a long period of time,  will keep you positive in life.

3) The last step is that when you are doing all this, make sure you connect to that divine power that is up there. How you will do that?
Well just think that GOD is there and he is protecting you and that this practice is making you powerful and is making your inner strenght more stronger with each passing day.


In the end I would like to say that you can do this for as long as you wish but it is recommended that you do this for atleast 30 days to see some real changes in life.
This is a remedy for most of the mental health problems. I don't claim that it will solve your problems but it will surely make you feel better.

In this post, I am going to share with you 4 wrong things your parents taught you. For almost all of us, our parents are the first source of knowledge. Whatever they taught us, we believe in it without questioning about it. What they tell us at such initial part of oue lives, it leaves a very powerful impact on us. Not surprising but sadly they are sometimes wrong and the main goal of this blog is to remove your wrong perceptions about life. That is exactly why we will tell you the 4 wrong things your parents taught you.

1. Getting good education will guaranttee you a happy and successful life.

There is no doubt, education is one of the most important aspects of our life. We should take it seriously and we should pursue our choice of line in education. But let me make one thing very clear to you, good education won't always get you a successful life. To live a happy and successful life, we need to enrich our relationships. Our relationships with our parents, our siblings, our kids, our spouse excetra. We need to show love and compassion towards all our close relations and only then will you find success and happiness in life.

2. Taking risks will hurt you.

For most of us, our parents warn us to always be on the safe side. They do this because they don't want us to suffer in life but what this does to person is that it makes him fear coming out of his comfort zone. This kills our natural intinct of taking risks and to aim for things that look out of our reach but if we learn to take calculated risks then I can assure you can achieve anything that once seemed completely out of your reach. No one in this world has achieved greatness without taking risks.

3. A good Job is much safer than doing your own business.

Until our parents are not businessmen or businesswomen themselves we all have heard from them that Jobs are more stable than doing business. This is completely wrong because when you build your own business then it may let you to both profits and losses but if you get fired from your job then getting the next one is much tougher. Also, there is a greater chance of earning great money in business then to earn from your job. The highest paid CEO of Pakistan Who was Asad Umar, now the finance minister of the country, was paid $100000 per month. Now this looks like a huge number. But if we observe, there was probably only person among the population of over 200 million people whereas I know several businessmen and businesswomen in Pakistan, making twice more than that.
If you take out richest people of all the countries, I am sure you will see that most of them are businessmen. Probably all of them would be businessmen.

4. There is high competition going on in all aspects of life.

I think all of us have heard this from our parents that the competition in this world greater than it ever was. This is not very true. What has happened with this world is that there are more opportunities in this world then there ever was. Anyone on the internet can become rich if he wants to. You are less dependant on people. There are options, choices, opportunities  and help everywhere. You don't have to run fast in life rather you have to pick the thing that most attracts your interest and then you have to chase it. If you do that, there is no chance of you failing.

2019 can be your YEAR.

We are in the first week of 2019 and I am sure that for most of you it is going exactly the same way as your days were passing in 2018. No real change. But in this post, I am going to show you how 2019 can be your YEAR.

We all want change in our lives but very few have the strenght, the will or the intentions of having to change our lives. But the good part, after reading this blog post you all can fine tune yourselves to make 2019 your year.


1. Change your intentions.

To start off, you all need to change your intentions. Promise yourself that you will spend a lot of your time learning something. The fact of the matter is that we intend to change our lives but forget the real part that our lives will only change when we learn something and then implement it in our lives.

2. Increase your productivity by working in a quality schedule.

To be honest, I have struggled with this for the most part of my life. But I have learned over the last few years that when my productivity increases, my life becomes good. One thing that businesses see when hiring an employee is the overall productivity that employee will bring to that organisation.
Moreover, we all have heard that is Japan, the employee get a break while they are working. This break is only focused towards letting the employees get a power nap. What this brief sleep doew to the employees is that it increases their productivity. They have measured that the time invested towards the sleep of employees gives a far more productivity of their employees and saves a lot of time in the long run.

3. Sleep well.

As I mentioned in the previous point that good sleep increases productivity. It not only does that but also reduces the stress level and helps you focus more on your task. Who doesn't like partying all night? But if you want to bring a change in your life then you do have to avoid it from now onwards.

4. Set realistic goals.

My last point, you need to set realistic goals for yourself. This is very important because it keeps you on your toes and you avoid getting hopeless. Also, when you set realistic goals, you achieve them. When you achieve your goals, you get the energy that you need to get to keep on going.

It is not easy to change but it is possible if you stick with these four points for a long period of time. It has worked for me, it will work for.
We all have been taught wrong lessons in life by social media. On social media, you will see everyone flourishing and enjoying their life. But deep down, most of them are empty. They put all that stuff online to get the satisfaction they need but they never get it. I hope you can learn from these words. I don't want to sound harsh, but to achieve something big in life you need to avoid your bad habits.
